Shipping charges will apply to all shipments. We ship only in the USA. . Chocolate candy will melt and therefore during the months of May through September due to the heat there will be an extra charge for shipping. During this time you may order "wrappers only" which include a glue stick with step-by-step instructions for wrapping.
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service priority mail. Express mail, FedEx and DHL are available for additional charges.
You will receive an invoice upon approval of your design. Orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. All major credit cards are accepted through the secure online www.paypal.com payable to tigerrosegraphics@gmail.com. We also accept money orders and personal checks made out to Wilda Taylor . Personal checks are subject to clearing prior to shipment.
Refunds - You must contact us within 2 days of merchandise receipt. Please check your proofs carefully! We will promptly replace or refund any orders with misprints that are due to our error. Due to the personalized nature of our business, our products cannot be returned unless there was an error on the part of Tiger Rose Graphics such as incorrect date printed, misspelled names, or omitting names. You must preview and approve your wrapper in order to receive a refund.
Cancellation Fee - If you cancel after you have approved your order, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order quoted.
Returns - All returns must be in the original packaging and in the condition they were shipped. Due to safety issues, wrapped candy bars are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
